Usually yes. We diagnose using thermal camera and current injection — finds the fault in 20-40 minutes. Repair is component-level, normally £80 including parts and labour. No-fix-no-fee.
Do you work on Xbox controllers as well as the consoles?
No — controllers are a different specialism. Stick drift, mods and custom controller builds need different kit and we don't carry that on the bench.
