Common questions from Preston customers

Frequently asked

Where's the nearest proper Xbox repair to Preston?

Preston has plenty of phone shops, but for Xbox Series X HDMI ports, disc drive faults and board-level no-power work, most send consoles away. Our Southport workshop does it all in-house, around 30 minutes down the A59 through Penwortham. A short run for a real repair versus a two-week mail-out.

Which Xbox models do you repair?

Xbox Series X, Series S and Xbox One S. HDMI port replacement, overheating deep cleans, disc drive and laser faults, and no-power board-level diagnosis. Older Xbox hardware is no longer economical to repair, and we'll tell you straight if that's the case.

How much is an Xbox HDMI repair?

Xbox Series X HDMI port replacement is £70; Series S and Xbox One S are £50 each — the Series X has a tighter layout and more disassembly, so it takes longer on the bench. All fixed prices, same-day before 2pm.
