Call the workshop, drop in with the console, or send a message through the form and we'll get back to you the same day. No contact centres, no ticketing systems, no "your call is important to us" hold music. The phone rings on the workbench and the person who picks it up is the person who'll fix your console.
Call
The fastest way to get an answer. We'll tell you what's wrong with your console, what it'll cost to fix, and when you can drop it off — all in one phone call.
Better for longer descriptions, photos of the fault, or if you're at work and can't call. Replies usually within a few hours during workshop hours.
Drop in
For PS5 and Xbox work, walk-ins are welcome during workshop hours. For Nintendo Switch, call ahead first so we can order the right parts before you arrive.

When we're open.
Weekday hours are standard 9 to 5. Weekend hours are deliberately later — 3pm to 7pm — because a lot of people who need their console fixed also work a day job and can't drop off during normal weekday office hours. The weekend evening slot gives you somewhere to go after work on a Saturday or Sunday without taking time off.
